Please keep in mind if items have not been picked up after 60 days and no contact has been made for pick-up Kaufman Realty & Auctions reserves the right to resell your items in a future sale without refund. SHIPPING: We use Shipping Saint as a third party for our rates. We charge the customer for the shipping cost plus packaging and labor. We take great care with our shipping. We also use insurance which does a great job protecting our clients against damage during the shipping process. Happy Bidding! If you are interested in shipping your items, here are the steps:

1. After invoices are sent out the morning after the auction closes, you’ll receive an email to either reserve your pickup time OR to have your items shipped.
2. After the auction’s pickup day, your items will be packaged up. You’ll receive an email with an invoice of your shipping charges. You’ll provide payment directly to Shipping Saint.
3. Following payment of your shipping invoice, we will create the label and schedule your items to be picked up by the carrier.
4. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when the label is printed.
