· Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium & 9.5% Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before purchases may be removed from the premises. Payment options: Cash, check (payable to Fowler Auction) or credit card on file (or other card).
· Winning invoices will be emailed by midnight auction night to the e-mail address used for registration. Please check your profile to ensure your email & credit card information are correct. NOTE: You now have the option to pay your invoice online when you receive your invoice by email.

* Repeated tardiness and or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on ALL of our bidding platforms.

All sales are subject to Alabama sales tax, unless you have an Alabama sales tax exemption number. Any other state’s farm certificates are not honored in the state of Alabama, therefore, they are not honored here. Only current “For Resale” certificates (from any state) will be honored. A sales tax number must be included in your Fowler Auction ONLINE Bidding Profile and a certificate MUST be presented to Fowler Auction for our records.
