This Estate Auction has 3 separate catalogs with differing closing dates & times:

Catalog 1: Farm Equipment Catalog Closes Monday, January 15th At 7 PM. 15 Lots will close every 5 minutes.

Catalog 2: REO Engines, Sheppard Engines & Steam Engines Catalog Closes Tuesday, January 16th At 6 PM. This catalog has "Bid 1 Extend All". All Bidding will extend for 5 minutes for the 1st hour. All Bidding will extend 3 minutes for the next 30 minutes. All Bidding will extend for 2 minutes until there is no bidding activity on any lot for a 2 minute time frame.

Catalog 3: Vintage Toys & Hand Tools Catalog will close Wednesday, January 17th At 7 PM. 15 Lots will close every 5 minutes.

Please note that because of the severity of the weather that many of us are experiencing, we will delay all pick ups originally scheduled for the end of this week to next week.  We will be on property Monday, January 22nd through Friday, January 26th between 9 AM - 3 PM each day.
